Ellesha is a Lecturer in Business, Finance, and Accountancy, bringing extensive professional experience as a qualified accountant and leader of large teams and projects. Her industry background informs a practical, applied approach to teaching that connects academic theory with real‑world business environments. She is also currently completing her MBA in Finance, further strengthening the expertise she brings to her teaching and research.
