Our programme is tailored for current and aspiring managers, as well as technical specialists with managerial responsibilities. It equips participants with essential skills to manage effectively in the workplace, enhancing their managerial and leadership capabilities.
We have flexible study options for students who can choose between two convenient study schedules:
- Two full days per week (09:00am-15:00pm)
- Two late afternoon/evening sessions per week (4:00pm-9:00pm)
The programme spans two semesters per academic year that run from September to January and from January to June.

Students will need to evidence completion of a level 5 HND Business or FdA Management programme studied at UCNL and validated by The University of Lincoln.

UK students can take out a tuition fee loan to cover the cost of their course and a maintenance loan to cover living costs.
We also have a range of other financial support available.

Your Tuition fees cover most costs associated with your course (including registration, tuition, and assessment).
There may be some extra costs that you might need to make, or choose to pay, for example:
- Books (you’ll have access to books from your module reading lists in the HE library, but you may wish to buy your own copies)
- Printing and photocopying
- Trips and enhancement opportunities
- Depending on the programme requirements, you may be required to pay for an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check if you are not in possession of a current one or registered on the update service.
