Student Support
The Student Support Team are on hand to support you throughout the duration of your course. The team can assist you with many aspects of your degree such as developing academic writing skills, referencing, time management, researching methods and IT support. This support is available on a one-to one or a group basis and is tailored to meet your needs. In addition to this, a range of resources have been developed for you to use at your own disposal, these are available on the Support Canvas page once you have enrolled on your course. We recommend you visit the page and become familiar with the resources.
We also offer confidential pastoral and wellbeing support, which can be conducted either in person or over Microsoft Teams. A range of resources are also available on the Support Canvas page providing helpful strategies and tips to support you throughout your studies.

Additional Learning Support supports students with long-term mental, physical or specific learning difficulties [SPLD’s]. We encourage new and existing students to declare any disability or learning difficulty so that we can help you access the specific support that you require to manage your studies successfully. All conversations with the team will be confidential and information will only be shared on a strictly ‘need-to-know’ basis so that we are able to make reasonable adjustments to support your learning.
