SEND Conference – Thursday 20 April 2023

Join us at our next SEND conference with guest speakers, workshops and trade stands. Lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day.

The growing prevalence of support required by frontline practitioners to aid those with SEND requires for additional skills and views to be valued and considered.

This event will provide insight and information into practical ways that support can be offered through listening to Dean Beadle, an autistic speaker who helps you to appreciate the view of some of those with autism. Listening to CEO of the Sleep Charity discuss the key information in supporting children and young people with SEND and sleep.

Then we are fortunate to welcome Sensory Footsteps who are qualified, experienced, occupational therapists to share theoretical and practical elements of sensory diets for those you work with. We also have a hearing impairment specialist to demonstrate enabling environments and deaf awareness. Followed by a third workshop, yet to be confirmed by equally as exciting.
