Well-being & Mindfulness Sessions

Our well-being and mindfulness sessions with Lisa Beardsley will be at the following times:
- Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 9.00am – 9.30am | 12.00pm – 12.30pm
- Tuesday’s and Thursday’s we will be running a Live Q&A session from 9.00am – 1.00pm
